Currently, provision of legal services in the aviation sector is a rapidly growing market with stiff competition.
The goal of our experts was to design and implement an advertising campaign that stood out among competitors, and to increase the Company’s brand recognition.
How was it accomplished?
Concept
The competitive environment analysis revealed the majority of the Company’s competitors are marketed through online advertising activity. We chose to go further, hence prioritized the promotion of the Company’s personal brand and influencer marketing.
Context
First off, we surveyed the Company’s potential clientele – passengers of the largest and busiest airports. Our findings revealed that most of the respondents are completely unaware of the possibility to have their botched flight fee reimbursed. We launched an online questionnaire on several forums, along with some major Facebook and Instagram communities.
Campaign progress
Partnered with influencers, we drafted articles for blogs, posts, and Instastories. As a result, wider audiences got to learn about the Company. Thanks to a significant number of reposts, the information about the Company was widely circulated across the internet communities.
